Welcome to Equi's Ice Cream

Equi’s Ice Cream was set up in 1922 by Pietro Equi, an immigrant from Tuscany. These days, the company’s famous outlet in Hamilton has been joined by another in Cambuslang.

And Equi’s has built a business which supplies supermarket and wholesale customers throughout Scotland. The company produces 300,000 litres of its ice cream each year, and employs 50 people.

Equi’s recently celebrated an unprecedented clean sweep of major awards at the Royal Highland Show. Hamilton based Equi’s ice cream won Champion, Reserve Champion and gold or silver awards in every single category entered at the Royal Highland Show.
